Jean-Marie Celerier, Director of the Tenant Solutions Transformation Unit at La Française Real Estate Managers, began his career as a real estate expert for Icade Conseil (formerly Arthur Andersen) then Catella. In 2006, he joined the European team of Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). He took part in significant investment & development projects, mainly located in Paris, London, Frankfort, and Munich, and also played a key role in strategic activities of the subsidiary. In 2011, he founded a consulting firm specialized in business strategy, Stonup where he advised the executive management of numerous key players in the real estate industry. In 2021, he joined La Française Real Estate Manages as Head of the newly established Tenant Solutions Transformation Unit.

Jean-Marie holds a master in civil engineering (ESTP) and a graduate degree from the EM Lyon Business School, he is also the founder of Cowork.io, a leading software for Workplace Management (2013) and ACQER, French leader of part buy/part rent scheme for homebuyers (2018).
