Guillaume CADIOU

Prior to joining La Française, Guillaume Cadiou was inter-ministerial delegate for business restructuring to the ministers for the economy and employment from October 2020 to February 2023.
He is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (2000), the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (2003) and the Collège des Ingénieurs (2003). He began his career in the budget department and then moved to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. In 2009, he was appointed Deputy Director to the office of Patrick Devedjian, minister under the Prime Minister responsible for implementing the Recovery Plan. Guillaume then joined the Imerys group in 2011, where he was Director of Strategy and Development and became Managing Director of an operating subsidiary. In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for the financial services company Kepler Cheuvreux.
Guillaume was appointed Chief Executive Office of Groupe La Française in March of 2023. In the following June, he was appointed Chairman of Groupe La Française.
